Career Design Training aims to help employees proactively design their careers.
Participants will learn what and how to contribute to the company, and make their career visions into reality.
Moreover, the goal is to help participants have a better image of their responsibility as an employee.
Most employees will probably not work in the same company their entire lives. And all employees, regardless of the employment status, have to think about their work style and career.
Employees are expected to think for themselves rather than relying solely on the company.
During job hunting, everyone has probably done "Self-analysis" already. However, that is also important after starting the job. Update and keep track of the analysis as perspectives, abilities, and goals all change with age and experience.
However, some things do not change with time such as a person's ability. Most abilities will stay for a long time and help the future career.
There are too many things one can not control in life, for example, job transfers, relocations, and other life events. Not everything will go according to plan, but it is useful to have some idea of the direction you want to take.
Even at work, you cannot achieve anything without having any goal or purpose for your career.
