In career development, it is important for employees to have hopes and aspirations for career success within the company rather than a career as an individual. This training is a prerequisite for raising employees' awareness of building a career within the organization.
This training is conducted mainly through experiential learning, whereby participants “learn by doing”. This method provides participants with hands-on experience and personal reflection.
