Critical thinking training is designed to help participants learn how to speak logically in a business setting and how to solve problems by repeatedly formulating and testing hypotheses.
The purpose of this training is to promote business efficiency by learning how to think objectively, analyze and identify issues.
Be aware of the importance of discerning the essence of the matter.
Same as logical thinking, it is necessary to learn the deductive and inductive methods, and to be able to give logical explanations.
Determine what the essence of things is. After correctly establishing an arguement, come up with a proposal to solve the issue.
Critical thinking can be break down to 4 basic steps which form the basis of our critical thinking training program.
It is of utmost importance to decide what to think in order to do a cetain thing. Without this, analysis and thinking will be meaningless, leading to wasted effort and incorrect conclusions.
It is also important to establish an issue to achieve the objective.
Analyze the current situation. Do it as objectively as possible using a MECE or Logic Tree methods.
Identify the issue based on the results of the analysis. The process of developing and testing hypotheses for the most likely issues is also important.
After hypothesis testing, using the C(Check) in PDCA method to take action to resolve the issue.
