  1. Participants will be able to understand the problem holistically, including the underlying causes and potential solutions.
  2. Dig deeper into the different reasons that cause problems and learn specific techniques to identify the different causes.
  3. Understand the methods used to discover issues and how to plan, manage, and execute these techniques.

Training Objectives

1. Gain the necessary skills to solve different problems.

Participants will learn how to identify problems and take steps to identify where problems exist. Then, participants will learn the necessity of rationalizing these issues and learn methods to build consensus with the parties involved.

2. Figure out what causes problems using comprehensive steps.

Participants will learn how to find the deep root cause of each problem. From there, participants will learn how to evaluate the causes and choose which cause to start from.

3. Know how to take the appropriate actions for your goals

Participants will learn how to establish goals based on the identified causes of the problem. Then, steps to reaching those goals are identified.
Additionally, participants will learn how to manage progress during the implementation of the development phase of the process.
