In this training, participants will learn the basic steps and actions of problem-solving. Regardless of the work field area, the following three steps of "Discovery," "Analyze," and "Solving" will be applied in problem-solving. By understanding the basic flow of problem-solving, participants will be able to be more proactive in solving problems in their work field.

Participants will learn how to identify problems and take steps to identify where problems exist. Then, participants will learn the necessity of rationalizing these issues and learn methods to build consensus with the parties involved.
Participants will learn how to find the deep root cause of each problem. From there, participants will learn how to evaluate the causes and choose which cause to start from.
Participants will learn how to establish goals based on the identified causes of the problem. Then, steps to reaching those goals are identified.
Additionally, participants will learn how to manage progress during the implementation of the development phase of the process.
