Assertive Communication Training Overview

Assertive communication training is a training program to learn how to communicate both assertively and respectfully.

Most business activities are conducted in the context of communication with a wide variety of people belonging to an organization, and the objective is to build positive relationships with people in the workplace by learning how to use assertive communication to express one's feelings and opinions openly while respecting the other party. The purpose of this program is to build positive relationships with people in the workplace.
