Q. Can I cancel my session?

Yes, it's possible. In that case, the following cancellation fees will be charged based on the timing of the scheduled training:
50% of the application fee if cancelled more than 3 months prior to the scheduled training date.
80% of the application fee if cancelled more than 1 month but less than 3 months prior to the scheduled training date.
100% of the application fee if cancelled less than 1 month prior to the scheduled training date.
