They will learn the key distinctions between teaching and coaching, and how to customize their teaching approach by focusing on the behavior of their team members. By acquiring practical skills that can be immediately applied, such as providing specific directions, receiving reports effectively, and conducting constructive performance reviews, participants will enhance communication and build strong, trusting relationships within their teams.
You will receive support not only during the training, but also prior to it. A complete set of training material and equipment will be delivered to you by mail beforehand. This will allow you to receive high-quality training with minimum preparation time.
