3. Learn how to communicate based on the employee's personality

One of the lessons in this training is to communicate with others based on that employee's personality. Learn how to "lead" others without "demanding" by understanding what motivates the employees.

3. How to communicate your emotions assertively [Goal] Have an assertive mindset and be able to warn others without stress

  • Basic knowledge of appropriate scolding [difference between scolding and anger/preparation for scolding/the ability to communicate]

  • How to scold [each time/avoid public appearances/one at a time/avoid scolding that takes away your assertiveness]
