In this training, participants will analyze and understand ways to control strong negative emotions such as anger. Problems will occur in any work environment where employees let their emotions take control of them.
Problems like this can be prevented with anger management. Furthermore, this session will lead to a positive environment for employees.

Anger management is an essential skill for anyone in a position of leadership. Effective guidance can be obtained when a leader can control their anger.
Lashing out at others with one’s unbridled emotions is a relic of the past that will only lead to problems such as harassment charges. This training is also for departments or teams interested in changing the atmosphere surrounding their work environment.
Why do people get angry? This course is where participants can learn what anger is and be able to control it.
It is meaningless to suppress anger as it does not lead to productivity. Therefore, assertive communication skills are important and these will be covered in this course.
One of the lessons in this training is to communicate with others based on that employee's personality. Learn how to "lead" others without "demanding" by understanding what motivates the employees.
