Leadership must align with the organization's mission and vision. In this training, participants will reaffirm their understanding of the organization's mission and vision and reflect on whether their decisions and actions align with them.

2. Understand the Key Elements of Being a Good Follower

In shared leadership, even when not in a leadership role, participants still need to contribute as followers. Participants will gain insights into followership and identify the skills they should strengthen to be effective followers.

3. Learn How to Contribute to an Open and Collaborative Workplace

A workplace with active shared leadership is one where anyone can take the lead, speak up, and engage others. In this training, participants will consider what they can do as team members to foster such an environment.
