In this course, participants will learn how to improve performance and productivity in the workplace through mindfulness.
The training will begin with learning the definition of mindfulness, how to practice it and its benefits. Participants will learn how to improve their focus so that they have the skill to practice mindfulness on their own. Mindfulness can also help cultivate healthy workplace relationships.
You will receive support not only during the training, but also prior to it. A complete set of training material and equipment will be delivered to you by mail beforehand. This will allow you to receive high-quality training with minimum preparation time.

Mindfulness training teaches participants to clear and calm their minds and become more self-aware in the moment.
The aim is to make it a habit to be in a state of mindfulness. This will lead to improving one’s focus on tasks, one’s performance and also to becoming more resilient to stress.

By learning how to improve concentration, organize thoughts, and clear the mind and heart, participants will be able to stay focused on their tasks and get into the habit of always considering positive results in the workplace.
By learning breathing techniques, meditation and autogenic training to relieve tension in the body, participants will see physical health benefits and also obtain a mindset that is focused on positive results and becoming more resilient to stress.
By practicing mindfulness, participants will gain the ability to build relationships that lead to better results at work.
