In this training, participants will acquire the skill to avoid mental health problems. Currently, the self-case is one of the important skills for any business personnel. With self-compassion, you will learn "to treat yourself with kindness like you should treat others." You can also learn relaxation and communication to relieve stress.
You will receive support not only during the training, but also prior to it. A complete set of training material and equipment will be delivered to you by mail beforehand. This will allow you to receive high-quality training with minimum preparation time.
